<실험 결과>

   MCF-7, human breast cancer cell line을 이용하여 CD24low/CD44+ cell을 분리한 결과입니다. 위의 결과처럼 kit를 이용하여CD24low/CD44+를 갖는 breast cancer stem cell을 순수하게 분리할 수 있습니다.
