Human/Cynomolgus Monkey B7-H1/PD-L1 Quantikine^® ELISA  
매우 다양한 타입의 cancer 환자들에서 soluble B7-H1/PD-L1의 상승된 수치는 나쁜 예후에 해당합니다. 이에, R&D에서 새로 출시된 Quantikine ELISA를 이용하여 human 또는 cynomolgus monkey  의 serum, plasma, urine, cell culture supernates, 그리고 cell lysates에서 25pg까지 soluble PD-L1을 측정할 수 있습니다.

New Products for Butyrophilin Research  
Butyrophilins는 T cell co-stimulatory / co-inhibitory molecules로써 B7 family와 구조적으로도 연관되어 있고 immunomodulatory한 기능까지 비슷합니다. R&D는 bioactive recombinant proteins와 수많은 butyrophilin family members를 위한 항체들까지 제공하고 있습니다.

New Products for Butyrophilin Research
B7-H7은 immune regulatory proteins인 B7 family의 member이면서 T cell co-inhibitory하는 molecules이기도 합니다. Soluble B7-H7은 활성화된 CD4+와 CD8+ T cells의 proliferation을 억제하고 그들로부터의 IFN-gamma, TNF-alpha, IL-5, IL-10, IL-13, IL-17A, IL-22 생성까지 억제합니다.

New RORγt Agonist: Potential for Anti-tumor Immunity  
T cell specific RORγ (RORγt) 는 anti-tumor immune response를 촉진하도록 T cell을 activation 하도록 유도합니다. 반면, PD-1은 T cell activity를 억제합니다. Tocris에서 새로 출시된, SR 0987은 RORγt agonist로 T cells에서 PD-1 levels를 감소시키고 또한 anti-tumor immunity를 잠재적으로 향상시킵니다.
